friendly staff excellent location good cleanliness perfect wifi
the staff was very friendly. the location is excellent, right by the dlr and bus stops, what a win! the cleanliness standard was very good too, everything sparkled. wifi worked perfectly, i streamed movies without a hitch.
i found the air circulation a little poor, it felt slightly stuffy at times.

The double sweetroom had good lighting in the shower room, perfect for getting ready. The bed was comfortable and ensured restful nights after long days exploring. It was very quiet.

The location is really convenient, close to transport. The staff members were friendly AND helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast offers good choices in the restaurant next door.

The hotel is near public transport. The DLR station is a short walk away. Many restaurants and bars are located just a couple minutes away. Free museums are about a 3-minute walk away.
